Hello!

Welcome to How Tibia PA. This blog was created as a Thesis Project for the Honors Program at Colorado State University. After being accepted to a Physician Assistant (PA) program before the last year of my undergraduate education started, I was inspired to create content for pre-PA students. I hope to provide some background on what Physician Assistants are, what they look for in applicants, and what the application process is like. There are a lot of things to do in preparation for PA school; hopefully, I can share what I did and what I learned with pre-PA students.

I am a senior at Colorado State University majoring in Biomedical Sciences and minoring in Spanish. I work as the Lead Patient Care Assistant at a School-Based Health Care center in Fort Collins and as an Admissions Ambassador at the Office of Admissions for CSU. My passion for the Biomedical Sciences program, all things PA, and helping prospective students inspired me to combine the three for my Honors Thesis Project.

Many thanks to those who helped develop this project: to Dr. Tod Clapp, my Thesis Adviser; and to my committee members Kenny Ivie and Cynthia Mullikin, PA-C.
